Dr. Ted Stathos founded RMPGI in 1993 with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of pediatric gastroenterology. He attended Creighton University and the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, where he went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Stathos has earned numerous awards for his research in the field, and has established himself as a leader in invasive and therapeutic endoscopy. He is one of the few pediatric gastroenterologists in the Rocky Mountain region to offer pediatric biliary endoscopy (ERCP) and has been listed in Denver’s 5280 magazine as a “top doc” for the past decade.
