Tri-State Occupational Medicine, Inc. was founded in 1993 with the mission of providing the best quality Medical Exams in a compassionate setting to the Tri-State area of Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Our services include Independent Medical Evaluations, Social Security Disability Determination, and Workers’ Compensations. We understand the urgency of each exam and strive to improve our procedures to ensure efficiency and satisfaction. Our goal is to provide the best service possible while respecting the unique needs of each of our claimants.
