At Uptown Bill’s Coffee House and Neighborhood Center, since 2001 we have been a place of gathering for all ages and abilities. Our mission, in the spirit of Bill Sackter, is to provide a venue to showcase a variety of art forms, offer volunteer and workplace experiences for both individuals with and without disabilities, and provide a community forum to increase awareness around abilities.
