Our Care Team model provides clients access to a broad range of specialists with expertise in addressing specific symptoms. Treatment is individualized and provided by therapists, peers, specialty or program staff, with each client assigned a dedicated Care Coordinator as their main point of contact. Our goal is to help clients achieve their fullest potential and meet more of their needs more quickly during their recovery journey with us. Additionally, we link clients to necessary supports both within Valley Cities and throughout the community.
