The Vermont Agency of Education’s Early Childhood Special Education Services (ECSES) is dedicated to supporting children aged 3 to 6 years old. Our local school districts provide access and participation in early childhood programs that are tailored to each and every child who is eligible for our services. Our programs allow young children with disabilities to be included in everyday routines and activities in a variety of settings, including their homes, child care, preschool, and school programs, as well as the community. We strive to ensure that all children have the opportunity to participate and grow during their early childhood years.
