Vermont Center for Independent Living (VCIL) is a nonprofit organization that has been providing services to individuals with disabilities in the state of Vermont since 1979. Our Bennington office is one of five branches located throughout the state, with the central office in Montpelier. We are directed and staffed by people with disabilities and boast a board comprised of 92% individuals with significant disabilities. We are proud to be the first organization in the state with a majority of board and staff with disabilities, and our commitment to helping others is unparalleled.
