At Victor Treatment Centers Inc. (VTC) we provide a caring, therapeutic environment to help severely emotionally disturbed children and youth aged 8-18 who are not succeeding in family, foster or group home settings. Our goal is to foster success in young people whose needs require a higher level of care than is available in other settings. We provide a safe and supportive living environment which can help them to develop the skills they need to achieve their goals. Through our comprehensive treatment plans, we empower our clients to lead healthier, more productive lives and become empowered individuals.
