VIP, Inc. is a private nonprofit corporation committed to providing quality pre-vocational training, employment opportunities, and support services to individuals with disabilities. Since 1986, VIP has been helping more than 730 people each year across its offices in Rancho Cucamonga, Hesperia, and San Bernardino, benefiting from the dedication of 200 staff and exceptional Board of Directors. We strive to empower those we serve by providing meaningful work opportunities that help them gain valuable job skills and experience personal growth and independence.
