At Vista Points, we provide trustee services for three types of Special Needs Trusts: first party or self-settled trusts, third party trusts, and pooled trusts. Our focus is to promote the advantages of Special Needs Trusts to those who will benefit most, including individuals with physical, mental, or intellectual disabilities, their parents and caregivers, and the professionals that serve and guide them. Through our community outreach activities and educational programs, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
