Vistability (formerly Contra Costa ARC) is a pioneering organization that provides high quality, cost-effective services to over 1,000 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Contra Costa County. Founded by family members of people with disabilities, our vision has always been and continues to be at the forefront of our work. Our services are available at 13 agency locations and in hundreds of homes, businesses, and community settings, county-wide. We are committed to making a positive impact in our community and strive to bring a greater level of access and inclusion for all.
