Vocational Guidance Services (VGS) is an agency dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities create pathways to independence, employment, and community involvement. We provide a comprehensive range of vocational rehabilitation services and paid work opportunities to nearly 4,000 people with disabilities, including intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, a history of incarceration, injured veterans, and other barriers to employment. Our services are available at no cost to the individual in our Columbus location. We strive to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve greater independence and employment through our vocational guidance services and resources.
