Western Connecticut Association for Human Rights (WeCAHR) is a special education advocacy organization focused on advocating for the civil and human rights of people with disabilities in Danbury and surrounding towns since 1977. Our mission is to ensure the personal success, independence and community involvement of children and adults with disabilities. WeCAHR works to create a more inclusive environment for those with disabilities, and strive to give them the same rights and opportunities that are available to all.
