Whatcom County Parent to Parent is a nonprofit organization that offers support to families of children with developmental disabilities, delays, and special health care needs. Our services are free and include providing personal support, connecting families to community resources, hosting support meetings and social/recreational events, offering Sibshops (sibling support) and educational workshops, training for parents who want to become Helping Parent peer mentor volunteers, and a lending library. We also strive to promote public awareness through outreach and e-Newsletters. Our Helping Parent volunteers are trained to provide emotional support and information to families and all information will be kept confidential. With our personalized services, you are never alone.
