About Wisconsin Assistive Technology Program

Wisconsin Assistive Technology Program (WisTech) provides essential services and resources to individuals with disabilities and their families, employers, service providers, caregivers, and others in need. WisTech offers a loan program, the WisLoan, for assistive technology equipment such as hearing aids, modified vehicles, wheelchairs, and ramps. Additionally, WisTech’s Wheelchair Recycling Program provides low-cost, refurbished mobility and medical equipment, and Independent Living Centers throughout the state provide technical assistance and applications to assistive technology services. With WisTech, individuals and families can find the right assistive technology, as well as the resources to acquire it.
