Youth Inspiring Excellent Life Decisions (YIELDD) is a multifaceted program led by Sifu Rob Roy—a Living Legend in the Martial Arts industry and leader for over 50 years. Our program combines Human Kinetics, Mindfulness, and Internal and External Health to empower youth of all ages to make life decisions that are based on excellence. Rob Roy’s extensive knowledge and experience in areas such as human development, sports, health, social behavior, and cognitive processes, makes YIELDD a unique and invaluable experience.
